Reviews · in their words

Said by someone who paid.

Every review here is from someone who actually paid me for something — a full build, or an afternoon of my time — published as they wrote it, with their name and their business next to it. Where one was left on Google there’s a link, so you can go and see it sitting on the profile rather than take my word that it exists.

What you won’t find is a wall of unattributed praise from “J.M., Yorkshire”. I don’t write them, I don’t buy them, and I don’t ask anyone to say something they don’t mean.

Nothing here yet

The first client builds are still in flight, and the honest thing to do with an empty reviews page is leave it empty. It would take about four minutes to fill this with “great communication, highly recommended” and nobody could prove otherwise — which is exactly why that sort of thing is worth nothing to you.

When there’s something to put here, it’ll be in their words with their name on it. In the meantime the work itself is the evidence: everything I’ve shipped is live and clickable, and the build notes say what each one cost and what I got wrong.

Where the stars live

A review written on this page can never become a Google review — Google only counts what a signed-in Google account posts on the business profile itself, and no website can write one on your behalf. Anything claiming otherwise is either syncing reviews the wrong way round or fabricating them.

So this page and Google do different jobs. This one is the record I keep and can point you at. Google is the one strangers find first, and the only one I have no ability to edit — which is precisely why it’s worth more than this one.
