Five working days. The only thing that’s ever made a build late is waiting on the client, so I’ll ask for everything — copy, photos, logo, logins — before the week starts.

The things every client asks in the first call. Put them here instead so you can decide in your own time.
What if I hate it?+
You won’t see it for the first time on launch day. You’ll see the build mid-week, and revisions within the five days are part of the job. If we’re genuinely not right for each other after the first look, we part ways and I keep only what covers the work done. That’s in the terms, in actual English.
Who owns the website?+
You do. Domain in your name, source files handed over, no hostage-taking. If you leave the hosting plan, the site goes with you. Most agencies don’t like this question. I put it in the FAQ.
Why is it so cheap?+
Honesty about overheads: it’s one person, no office, no sales team, no account manager billing you for emails. An agency doing equivalent bespoke work will usually land between £2,500 and £6,000, and most won’t say the number until you’ve sat through a discovery call. I publish mine and they’re fixed by page count, so you can work out what you’d pay before you ever speak to me.
I already have a website. Can you fix it instead?+
That’s the £300 quick fix — one focused day on the site you’ve got. If it needs more than a day can give it, I’ll tell you straight and you can put the £300 toward a full build.
What happens after launch?+
Two options: you take the keys and go, or I keep it running — hosting, updates, small changes, from £45 a month. Sites rot when nobody’s watching them. I watch them.
